How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We move fast — orders enter processing quickly. Contact us immediately via our Contact page with your order number and we'll try our best to help before it ships.

I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, reach out to us with the email address you used at checkout.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes! For bulk orders, reach out to us directly through our Contact page with your requirements and we'll sort you out.

🚚 Shipping

Do you ship across India?
Yes — we ship pan-India to all major and minor cities and towns.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster.

Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping may be available at checkout depending on your pin code.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your parcel in real time.

Do you ship internationally?
We're primarily focused on India right now. International shipping options may appear at checkout — check availability for your country.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll investigate with the courier and make it right.

📏 Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Visit our Size Guide for full measurements on Classic Tees and Oversized Tees. Always compare with a tee you already own for the best result.

What's the difference between Classic Tees and Oversized Tees?
Classic Tees have a regular fit — true to size with a standard shoulder and body. Oversized Tees feature a dropped shoulder, wider body, and longer length for a streetwear silhouette.

I'm between sizes — what should I do?
Size up. Our fits are designed to look great with a little extra room.

Do your sizes run true to size?
Classic Tees run true to size. Oversized Tees are intentionally large — check the garment measurements in our Size Guide rather than going by your usual size.

Will you expand to other product types like hoodies or joggers?
We're always working on new drops. Follow us on social media to stay updated on what's coming next.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact us via our Contact page with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — size exchanges are available subject to stock. Mention the size you need when you initiate your exchange request.

Are sale or discounted items returnable?
No — all sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if I received a wrong or defective item?
We sincerely apologise. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

💳 Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other options available at checkout — including EMI on select cards.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your card details.

Can I pay on delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery may be available depending on your location. Check at checkout.

My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?
Don't worry — if your order wasn't confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days. Contact us if it doesn't reflect by then.

👕 Product Care

How do I wash my RAFTAAR tee?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry flat. Do not wring.

Can I iron my tee?
Do not iron directly on the print. Iron inside out on a low setting, or place a cloth between the iron and the print.

Will the print fade over time?
Our prints are designed to last. Following the care instructions — especially washing inside out in cold water — will significantly extend the life of the print.
