Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, email us at [your@email.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll share return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:
- Caps, accessories, and undergarments
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service. RAFTAAR is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement. After this window, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at [your@email.com] if you need to cancel.
Exchange We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
